Dakota

This is Dakota lounging last July in New York after my mother's funeral service, which was a beautiful day. When my mother passed last year she asked me to leave Dakota with my Dad for a while so that he would have company, they had a grand time and I almost didn't get her back! Dakota provided comfort to everyone in my family, including my mother, during her last days and now she belongs to all of us, but I am lucky enough to have her full time. She is a 5 year old female and a rescue from A Forever Home in 2006. The hound in her loves to sniff every blade of grass on her walks, just ask her walker Cindy ! She is great company and gets me walking.... even in the rain.
