New Clients: Please call 703.822.0933 anytime between 9AM and 5PM Monday through Friday. Our new client specialist will talk with you and answer any questions you may have. When you call, please be prepared to schedule both your registration visit and at least 1 (one) day of service. Also please have your Groupon voucher validation number handy.
Existing Clients: Please feel free to use your preferred method of contact. Please include your Groupon voucher validation number when emailing or leaving a message so we can apply the appropriate discount to your invoice.
The code in the lower right-hand corner underneath the bar code is the Groupon voucher validation number. Many people provide the other code at the top of the voucher, but the numbers beneath the bar code are required to redeem your discount.

Your Groupon is generally valid as soon as you receive it from Groupon. Please call at least 2 weeks in advance, and even longer during holiday times. We will try our best to deliver availability, but some peak times may be unavailable. Your Groupon is valid for all times when we deliver service. Pet sits are generally conducted between 6-9:30 AM and 4-8PM any day of the week. Dog Walking services are conducted between 10AM and 4PM Monday – Friday.
Yes – we do serve Arlington, VA within our service locations. You can visit this page to see a location of all Northern Virginia areas we serve to ensure you will be able to use your Groupon.
Yes – you can easily increase the length of your visit to 45 minutes for an additional $8 fee or to 60 minutes for an additional $16 fee. Simply discuss this option with the customer service representative when you call to book your service.
Our visits are based on a set visit time, regardless of the number of animals we care for during that time frame. Generally we can care for a few different animals during a 30-minute visit, but that depends on the needs of each individual pet. Please discuss the needs of your pets with the customer service representative when you call to book your service and they will guide you to the appropriate time length for your visit.
Registration visits are required. We want to talk with you and learn exactly where all the pet’s food, bowl, leash and other supplies are located. We also want to talk with you about their routine and demeanor so we can watch for any signs of distress while you are away. We not only feed and walk your pet, but ensure their overall safety and security while you are away.
Yes – you can redeem the visits as needed. You do not need to use all visits on one trip. Please refer to your Groupon each time to call to redeem any of the visits associated with that Groupon.
Yes, as long as you schedule all of your visits before the expiration date, you will receive the full Groupon value for your voucher. If you contact to book a service us after the expiration date, then you will receive the face value of the voucher as a credit towards your services.
Yes, you can gift your voucher to a friend, please have them provide your name and the Groupon voucher validation number for redemption. Each Groupon is tracked by the voucher validation number and can only be redeemed once.
Yes, you can reduce the time of your visit to 15 minutes, but you will still only receive the number of visits you purchased, it will not extend the number of visits you receive.
If you are a current client with currently paid for services, when you submit your Groupon for redemption, we will apply it to future services not already paid for or provided. A Groupon can not be applied to services already paid for.
Since the Groupon price is already a wonderful deal, it can not be combined with other offers or promotions.
